PJ ICE Rx error status code: 370400 'Bad Request'

Hi!
I have a problem with the ICE on Asterisk 11.2.1. It is dosen’t work =(
Asterisk server on static public IP, Client behind the NAT.
STUN and TRUN servers is set.
ICE support enabled.

rtp.conf

sip.conf

icesupport=yes directmedia=nonat nat=force_rport,comedia

It is reproduced on three (one of them is FreePBX, other two is Astersisk 11) different servers.
Here is the errors log from one of them:

OS: Ubuntu 12.04.2 LTS (GNU/Linux 3.2.0-38-generic x86_64)
Asterisk: Asterisk 11.2.1
Client1: Linphone 2.0 for iPhone
Client2: Linphone 2.0 for Android

I do not know what to do with this error. Maybe I should write to issues.asterisk.org?

i have the similar issue on 11.7.0, but call is connected and working, only the worning msg left:
