Phpagi with get data

Hi !
I have a problem with my AGI script.
I write a small script to test a function of GET DATA in AGI command as follows:
#!/usr/bin/php -q

<?php set_time_limit(60); ob_implicit_flush(false); $stdin= fopen('php://stdin', 'r'); $stdout= fopen('php://stdout','w'); fwrite($stdout,"GET DATA press 6000 4 \n"); fflush($stdout); ?>

It looks very simple but in the console, the result is always , not is entered keys
I tried many times but the result was not change
Please help me!
