Parse_options: Unrecognized option: 'X'

I am having the same issue as:

Unrecognized Option: 'X' after call is answered

I have app_verbose built, it is just not loaded as I have autoload disabled, so I specified a list of the modules needed. The issue with debugging is that I can’t use gdb as libthread_db.so is missing. So I would have to attempt to figure out what’s going on by modifying the source code.

I get a log message, when call is connected/bridged to the remote party, parse_options: Unrecognized option: 'X' appears on the CLI. I have also a monitor activated, no X in the options

This follows an upgrade from 18.6.0 to 18.20.2
