These are not terms used by Asterisk, so you will need to define what you mean.
Guessing, a channel variable, BRIDGEPEER identifies the other channel, when the call is actually bridged. You can read this from AMI, and then use the CHANNEL function to find out other information. I think the Dial application sets something like DIALEDPEER which can be accessed by using the goto, subroutine or macro facilities in Dial between answer and bridging.
