Outbound Long Distance being dropped after 30 sec w/o answer

On outbound calls that are Long Distance the call rings and then after 30 seconds or so it appears that the trunk gets direction to hang-up the call. I’m not sure if there is a supervision setting for the trunk or not - see below log for a sample call flow - your help is appreciated
