One way call

Hi i have a problem at work…
sometimes when a customer calls to one of our offices we cant hear them but they can hear us.

is it anyone that had the same problem?

If the call is coming in on a VOIP trunk…

This could be a NAT issue or a codec issue.

If it is a codec issue, it will normally indicate this on the console screen.

Take a look at the console (verbose) screen while the call is in progress, and if there are no signs of a codec issue then start looking into a possible NAT problem.

If the call is coming in on a ZAP trunk… Hmmm

What endpoints you using?

We have a VOIP trunk

im going to check for any codec errors
