Not listening the ringback tone from the dialed mobile phone

We are using Asterisk 16.10 and FreePBX 15.0.37.4 and we can communicate through a softphone(Zoiper) to mobile phone by using AWS chime.
We have already configured Asterisk and FreePBX, but we have not yet heard the ringback tone that is coming from the dialed mobile phone.
Please help us.

You are using an end of life version of Asterisk with known bugs and, almost certainly, known security vulnerabilities.

Ringback tone doesn’t come from the mobile phone. It can come from various places, including your phone, so you need to describe the path from your phone to the mobile; it could be you provider blocking early media.

Also we need to know what is in your dialplan (for which you should make the call without FreePBX, or move this question to the FreePBX forum. We really also need verbose logs, possibly with “pjsip set logger on” (or the legacy equivalent) set.
