New AstriskNow No matching end point for extensions [solved]

Hi guys, I’m new to AsteriskNow but seem to have managed to get my trunks all to register, however I’m failing misserably to get any phones (hard or soft) to register correctly.

In the asterisk log I’m getting “No matching end point” for all of them.

I’ve upgraded to Asterisk Version: 13.2.0 and am running the latest AsteriskNow version.

The log has

Unlike other version of Elastix I’ve used I can’t see where you set the authID and name seperately. There is also a comment about This device uses CHAN_SIP technology listening on Port 5061 (UDP - this is a NON STANDARD port) and I’m not sure if that’s causing problems or not.

OK, seems that I’ve got past this point and now have phones connected correctly and talking to each other. I can ever get calls in from outside… but I’m having no luck getting outbound calls going (infact the same issue exactly that I was having with Xivo so will start another thread.).

Fixed the issue by making the extensions pjsip rather than sip.
