I need such help, for example: I have extension 2001 and when this 2001 extension is busy (speaks someone) I don’t want to came onather ring on 2001. Can somebody help me how to solve this problem? Thanks for advance
What kind of phone do you have, lynsys, aastra…? it is usually configured in the phone ? Although you can in the sip.conf write call-limit = 1 or so, but I recommend configuring in the phone.
I use Softphones, but if trixbox has such function there must be in asterisk too
