The outgoing call is stuck in queue after forwarding to another number. It was not hang up automatically after forwarding and call is still remain in queue. I would like to know how to hangup the remain calls in queue after forwarding to another number in Asterisk.
How is the queue member defined?
How are you initiating the transfer (SIP, dahdi, features; blind, attended (some SIP phones do blind transfers using the attended mechanism)?
Dialplan leading up to the Queue call? (NB if this is an Asterisk GUI, please take the question to a forum for the GUI.)
