Do any one have VICIDial Database Architecture (ER Diagram)?
I want to understand the Program flow of VICIDial Application, as I have to modify the appication as per the requirement.

Have you ever installed VICIDIAL?
The schema for the database is right in the MySQL_AST_CREATE_tables.sql file included with the package.
The program flow is described on the vicidial project page:

There is also an agent manual and manager manual available for VICIDIAL from eflo.net
How exactly do you need to modify VICIDIAL?
