Need A Developer to set up an Asterisk Softswitch

Hi,

I need some body to set up an Asterisk Softswitch for me. I need to have end users with softphones/devices to be able to place calls through the proxy softswitch and the calls to be routed through multiple carriers with SIP/H323 termination on an LCR basis. I also need billing for my end users to be able to log in and check there call history and billing. Voice mail to email, fax to email etc. I am willing to pay for the service. Or, if somebody has a ready made softswitch I am willing to buy the same.
