Is there any option/setting in AsteriskNOW application to link it with Microsoft CRM ?
If yes pl let us know.
I am not familiar with MS CRM, but Asterisk (AsteriskNow is just a distro) will work with just about anything. I found several when I did a google search for asterisk and MS CRM. Even one where the company talking about it would do it for you. For a small fee… 
If they use TAPI maybe it can but don’t expect a free of charge solution.
