You can’t do this with Asterisk CLI, except in as much as you can run an underlying Linux shell command from asterisk -r.
By default, CDRs are written to /var/log/asterisk/cdr-csv/Master.csv. Other software may be moving these and splitting the files, or even deleting old files. That software is not part of Asterisk itself.
