Hi I am using an asterisk based appliance Zycoo.
I set up trunk to a SIP provider and found had to have SRTP enabled or else I have no audio on outbound call.
When SRTP is enabled inbound calling does not start-no message at all on CLI. When I switch it off inbound works and I can see IVR messages on CLI (that is my inbound destination) but I have no audio in this case. Have set my router to port forward RTP ports to pbx…
Has anyone got any advice on this issue. Can I ask service provider to switch off SRTP on their end but its likely implemented for security or what I missing??
