IP Address and name change on Asterisk

Hi, new to Asterisk so bear with me!

I have cloned my server and need to rename and re IP it.

I would like to know the following:

How do I rename my asterisk server?
How do I change the IP address?
Do I need the MAC address in the ifcfg-eth0 file and if so how can I get it?

Then I need to connect the 2 boxes together using IAX.

Ok, I have changed IP and name now.

Just need to do the iax.conf to get them talking.

I have 2 servers -

pbx on 10.1.0.50 and pbx1 on 10.1.0.153

please can someone help with the iax.conf file?
