Intercept call with a number phone

Hello,

I want intercept a call with *8 and a number phone

Example:

The phone A has a number 1 , the phone B has a number 2

When the phone A ring, with my phone B I want hit “*8” and the number 1 for selected the only phone A for intecept a call

Any ideas?
