Incoming Call rings then stop ringing and back again

Hi
Need help , all of a sudden incoming PSTN calls through Dlink 6004S , goes to the identified ringing group , it rings three rings , then silent , then after couple of seconds rings again. Here is the log file of a call hope someone can help

That is not a log file of the call. It might be a very small part of the call.

I suspect this is a FreePBX system, as Asterisk has no concept of a ring group, only ringall queues, and & operators in dial strings… FreePBX is not supported here.
