I am on Digium/Asterisk on a Synology Server using SIP through Flowroute. I have set up a few of these systems. I got everything working in about 6 minutes and connected except for Inbound Routes. No matter what numbers, wildcards, or anything I enter, I always get the message “the number you have dialed is not in service”. I am befuddled.

You need to get support for Asterisk GUI from Synology. They chose to use a past end of life product in their systems.
We can’t even attempt a diagnosis in terms of the generated dialplan without logging showing exactly what is happening.
I’m tired of this. I’ve sent Synology’s business development department via e-mail. We’ll see what happens.
Sorry folks–I just installed what they offered me, and believe me, Synology stuff is as pricey as it gets so I assumed it would be legit. My apologies.
