iax2 problem, status ok but Addr->IP:(Unspecified) Port 0

Hi everyone,

I have a Asterisk Server 1.8.15.0 and Freepbx 2.9, with 200 IAX2 peers.
I have a problem, what means the following:

  • Name : 819
    Secret :
    Context : from-internal
    Parking lot :
    Mailbox : 819@device
    Dynamic : Yes
    Callnum limit: 0
    Calltoken req: No
    Trunk : No
    Encryption : No
    Callerid : “device” <819>
    Expire : 1893829
    ACL : Yes
    [color=#FF0040] Addr->IP : (Unspecified) Port 0[/color]
    Defaddr->IP : 0.0.0.0 Port 4569
    Username :
    Codecs : 0x101 (g723|g729)
    Codec Order : (g729|g723)
    [color=#FF0040] Status : OK (29 ms)[/color]
    Qualify : every 60000ms when OK, every 10000ms when UNREACHABLE (sample smoothing Off)

Why Status is OK, but Asterisk lost Peer´s IP.

All my peers are Hardphones ATCOM 610, with firmware AT610_UG_IAX2_V1.7.215.114_D100604_EN.z
