IAX2 and Jitterbuffer, can't get it to work?

Hi,

I’m behind a satellite link and want to use the IAX2 jitterbuffer. Followed the different document on how to enable it ([general]->jitterbuffer=yes). But when I look at the channel stats of an active call, I don’t see any values for jitter etc.

When I enable IAX jitterbuffer debug, I see zero output.

How to best check if Jitterbuffer is working at all? Both sides are Asterisk, with both sides jitter buffer abled in [general]

A satellite link is more likely to have echo than jitter problems.
