I replaced "press 1 for sales, 2 for support" with Jev

Hy everyone,

I built a lightweight router using TypeSafe’s Jev model.

  • callers speak naturally (“Hello, I’d like to speak to someone”)

  • Jev classifies intent in ~150ms and return confidence score

  • The PBX routes the call to the exact queue, department or extension

  • If confidence drops below 0.7 or anything fails, it falls back to an operator.
