[I Gave Up] Segmentation fault at start -up Cent OS 4

I am not a total noob, but I am still learning many of the basics.

I have asterisk running on FC5 fine, but I moved to CentOS 4.
I reinstall asterisk today with the latest stable release.

When I run asterisk -cvvvvv everything looks fine, but it ends in a Segmentation fault.

when I try to run safe_ asterisk i get a TTY error.

I have tried Make clean, make, make install agian. and still get the same thing.

I cant find the error cause the fault. Please help!
