I cant access to enter asterisknow web interface

hi everyone
im sorry about that silly question but i really tried hard from different computers , after i install asterisknow and give me adress like 192.168.16.70 i try with that adress from firefox browser and i was turn firewall off and nothing happend , plz help me with that
