I have installed the Asterisk in my PC. After setting the account configuration, I found that I can only register the account and dial the echo test (600) but I cannot setup a call between two VoIP Phone.
What should I do??

This is very much like buying a car, then asking how do I drive.
You need to read the documention and forums, They will contain all the information you need. a good start is a book called the “The Future of Telephony” you can get free PDF versions of this so its not going to cost you anything.
Im sorry that this is a RTFM answer but that is the best advice to give, As there are many many things you need to know and basicly to answer them would take to long and just repeat what you could read for yourself.
