I wonder if anyone successfully tried the configuration when Asterisk connected to Cisco voice gateway (2811 with VVIC T1 PRI) with regular Ethernet port could place outgoing calls through the router which is connected with PRI T1 line to Telco. It is a typical configuration for many SIP servers (BroadSoft, Sylantro etc). These servers can route outgoing calls based on dial plan to voice gatewayto PSTN, however I could not find even a hint if Asterisk can do the same. Please help…
