i’m still wondering because you put stuff explicitly into the *_additional.conf file. i’m wondering if something got stepped on. resave your AMP config and check what is in sip_additional.conf and post that here, as well as extensions_additional.conf.

what does your AMP screen look like for the two SIP trunks? i think the mystery lies there.
Well its the same as the sip_external.conf

my point was: some providers are very specific about the context name (e.g. it has to be XXX or whatever - others go by the username or somesuch.) the oddity i see in your case is that the username for the working DID is the same as the context name. can you change the context name for the broken DID to be the same as it’s username?
