High CPU usage after fresh install asterisk 18.1.0

Hi,
After fresh install, I make a single call and CPU usage goes to 70%. This problem exist until reboot of whole board or asterisk restart. Have anyone met similar issue? If I restart asterisk “core restart now” before first call, the issue is gone.

Why did you install a 2 yo version of 18?

Have you tried autoload=yes ?

Issue still exists with autoload=yes. Moreover with autoload=yes CPU usage goes to ~80% even in idle

Maybe try paring down the modules to one-by-one add them back and see where/when it spikes ? My hunch is PJSIP or DNS.
