I´m trying for two days to configure softphone in a New A@H 2.6; my softphone is X-Lite, but i can´t register it.
The message in the softphone is :
“RECEIVE TIME: 25721078
RECEIVE << 201.123.56.198:5060
SIP/2.0 403 Forbidden”
Thereason is a wrong password.
I make a double check on the A@H and the password is the same as in the A@H and in the Softphone.
And so i check at the:
“MySQL database. on Maintenance and PhpMyAdmin” and i correct the data.
In the Maintenance logs i get this one.¨
