I have been working on a Lock Down dialplan for a School District I work for. I have not or can’t find if there is a way to fork a call so that the exten calling the lock down can be directed to a conferance room and then Asterisk calls the police, District Office, School Site Admins and also calls all the School Sites phones.
I have setup and tested the last part using Call files that goto the conf room on anwser, custom ring tones for the Lock Down caller ID, DailStatus hangups, ChanSpy, etc. I just cann’t figure out how to start the Dial plan actions without hanging up on the exten that called the lock down and calling the exten back.
Any insight would be helpful.
