Is there a function that can get a part of a string in dialplan?
I saw it somewhere, so I tried ${vv|1,2}, but it didn’t work.
The CUT command seems to cut only values with a delimiter.

${VAR:start:length}
Start is zero-based and can be negative to count from the end.
