Filtering CustomDevstates entries with DB_KEYS

Hello,
Let say my Asterisk instance has:

database show CustomDevstate
/CustomDevstate/*50*1*111                         : NOT_INUSE    
/CustomDevstate/*50*1*112                         : NOT_INUSE 
/CustomDevstate/*50*2*111                         : NOT_INUSE

How can I set with DB_KEYS, a dialplan variable filtering the first two CustomDevstate without including the third one ?
