I just experienced something that can only be described as a bug.
We had to reload configuration to apply some minor dialplan settings, but after reload i got “Failed to initialize G.729 copy protection” message, and no G729 calls could go through.
After restarting the server (doing “service asterisk restart”) the server came back up normal.
The server has been running for over 2 months with the G729 licenses installed, and there have been no changes to licenses in the past month or so.
Should I report this to G729 support since i actually bought these?
