i have a extension registed on a Grandstream IP phone,and when have a phone call the asterisk server had this message: Failed to authenticate device,and give a 403 error back. image below is revite message:
if i change a office to make the call, it’s ok. see the image below:
and the difference between the two invite is the right one add a route in header.
Don’t know why,and please give some advice.
