Extension to dial to a mobile number

Hi Experts,

How can i create an extension 1234 to automatically dial a phone number 222-555-666 ?
The goal is to dial 1234 and to be forwarded via external line to 222-555-666

I tried to create a custom extension but i cant find a way to configure it.
All i see is

Am i missing something here?
