Everyone is busy/congested at this time

I am getting this error on some particular mobile numbers while calling from sipml5. but when i try this no from my mobile then it works properly.

Please help to resolve this.

The DAHDI channel was never answered and according to the cause code list a cause of 1 is “unallocated”.

How can i resolve this issue?

You would need to confirm that you are dialing the same number in both cases, and if not then fix that. If you are then talk to your provider and see.

actuallly this issue is coming with web phone sipml5 , if i dial it with 3cx windows phone then it works well.

If one is working and one isn’t then isolate the differences so you can narrow down what is going on.

can it be the codec issue?

If it were a codec issue then it would state so. It would say it couldn’t translate.
