Error when compiling Asterisk 10.2.1

Hi All,

I am trying to compile Asterisk 10.2.1 on Ubuntu Desktop [ 11.04 ], but getting below error.

I looked for /usr/bin/g+±4.0.gcc-opt file but not there. Can anyone tell me how to get it?
