ERROR: cannot verify... certificate

This is similar to another recent thread but since it was marked as solved I started a new topic.
I’m using ‘wget’ on Linux Mint 19.3 to download opus-32 bit.
The ‘–no-check-certificate’ does allow the download to work.

apparently there is no action that you can do on your side. the certificate is bad and digium admins need to fix it.
