Don't stop music

Hi all,

with: exten => s,n,Dial(SIP/192.168.100.141,36,mM(chiamata))

the music on hold stop when the called answer. It is possible play the music until the channel is bridged.
Chiamata is a macro and with variable MACRO_RESULT i decide when bridge the channel.
