Does Asterik supports communication with DECT chips?

I have a PCB borad. I want to inegrate onto a DECT chipset.

I m wondering if Asterik supports communication with DECT chips?

If yes what is the chips supported by Asterisk?

Does Asterisk commercial services provide integration of Asterisk + DECT chips to embedded systems (Linux based system)?

In general: no, Asterisk does not support DECT.

There is an old unmerged patch on the issue tracker to add a DECT channel driver; however, I would expect that at this point it would be very difficult to merge that into a supported version of Asterisk.
