Do we can split signaling and rtp in asterisk

Hello,
Do we can split signaling and rtp in asterisk?
For example the Asterisk server has two NIC (172.10.10.10 and 172.20.20.20).
we want used 172.10.10.10 as signaling and 172.20.20.20 as RTP media.
How can we do it?

I solved it. you could use media_address in sip configuration files.
