I have configured a asterisk 1.4.18 with Digium TE110P / E1 ISDN.
I get to receive external call, but don’t get go out.
When I try to do a external call, I get this message:
– Requested transfer capability: 0x00 - SPEECH
– Called g0/963258
– Channel 0/1, span 1 got hangup, cause 31
– Hungup ‘Zap/1-1’
== Everyone is busy/congested at this time (1:0/0/1)
However all lines are not busy. My config are as follows;
