Digium d50 still attempts to connect proxy after reset to defaults

I’m a newbie and i’m studying asterisk. I’m assembling a homelab and found out that my D50 tries to connect to proxy (*.digiumcloud.net) even after resetting to defaults.
I tried different firmware’s and nothing changes.
How d50 can be reset to defaults without that proxy?

What is the MAC address of your D50?

Mac of my phone is 00:0f:d3:05:72:26

That unit was tied to a DCS customer account. I’m not privy to any of the details. You’ll have to contact someone in Customer Service.
