I have the sounds defined to be in danish. This works nicely with both local calls and external calls via SIP and IAX2. The only problem is, when someone calls in on one of the queues, and I do i.e. an attended transfer, I’ll get the english sound for transfer instead.
In my logs it says “language ‘en’” when it plays the sound when the call was made to the queue number.
Does anyone know where I need to define the language to be danish, to make it work even in the queues? I’ve looked at all the language variables, but none of them makes any sense to change, as all the protocols and stuff I’m using is set to dk.
After some more testing, I realized the language is in danish when you are in the queue. It changes to english when I try to transfer the call from the queue.
