DAHDI module needs reloading

We have a system which has 2 x Digium, Inc. Wildcard AEX2400 24-port analog card (PCI-Express) (rev 11)

During the day all the channels are reported red and we have to stop asterisk and the run
sudo /etc/init.d/dahdi stop
sudo /etc/init.d/dahdi start
Then restart asterisk and all is ok for a period of time

we have installed dahdi 3.3.0-11-g0693bb9 and have tried both asterisk 18.x and 20.3.0

we don’t see nay errors in asterisk logs or dmesg

system details
OS: Ubuntu 22.04.4 LTS x86_64
Kernel: 6.5.0-35-generic
CPU: 12th Gen Intel i5-12600K (16) @ 4.900GHz
GPU: Intel AlderLake-S GT1
Memory: 1433MiB / 31829MiB

Drivers sometimes lag behind the latest kernels. You might consider an older kernel, maybe Ubuntu 20 or something. SuSE could be worth a try as well – 19 years of support on their SLES distros now!
