Constant log warnings "pbx.c:1738 add_exten_to_pattern_tree: Found duplicate exten."

Good day all,

Apologies if this comes across as a noob question but I can’t find anything online about it. For some reason my asterisk 18.10.1 instance is frequently logging the mentioned warning. Any help on where to start looking would be greatly appreciated

Start looking in extensions.conf. You have two lines with exactly the same context/extension/priority.
