Hi,
I am having some issues lately SIP Channel lock, this error doesnt show up all the time but it comes more often now. And also the voice breaks up and gets like stuck for a few seconds and after a while it will be normal. I did some reading and but it all showed like NAT issues but my voip gateway is using public IP and all the relevant port needed are open. So I think it should be related to those issues.
Appreciate if someone could tell me why is this occur and if someone could help me resolve this
