CDR TIming

I am using sip for dialing out and the CDR duration includes the time starting when the IP Phone connects to asterisk, not when the remote person answers the phone. I cannot match the invoices from my provider with that value. Is there a configuration for that?

exten => _1XXXXXXXXXX,1,Dial(SIP/${EXTEN}@209.122.87.11,30)
