CDR Record marked as FAILED when call goes through

I have a strange problem. About 10 calls a week (out of about 2500 calls) get marked as FAILED in CDR, but if I check CEL all the data is there. I can fix these bad CDR records, but I’d rather not have them in the first place.

Anyone have any ideas as to why these are happening or how to investigate this?


CDR mark calls as failed when the channel attempted to dial but the call failed., would be good you get a trace of those calls to see if they really failed or if is a CDR issue, also what is the Asterisk version

I’m on version 13.22.0. I this case I know that the calls didn’t fail as the CEL records show that the calls went on. Some for as long as an hour.
