Can't make outgoing calls - B410P

I don’t think it will be obvious to most people that 0/0/1 means unavailable, including an invalid circuit group reference.

Also this looks like a GUI dialplan, but the GUI version isn’t identified. The giveaway is the reference to trunks. Asterisk doesn’t have a concept of trunks.

What do you mean by invalid group reference ? Can you please guide me on what I am doing wrong ?

The group= that affects a channel => line is the one that precedes it, so there is nothing in group 63. Also I seem to remember that you need a g to identify a group.

However, what I actually meant was that the basic symptom could be due to using a non-existent group. I hadn’t actually noticed that James had bolded part of the dial string.
